Cancelations & Refunds

CIRCUS TRICKS understands that circumstances may result in unexpected cancelations.
Our cancelation policy states that:

1. Deposits
   1.1) Booking deposit is non refundable, though may be transferred to a second booking.
   1.2) One date change will be accepted, per booking before deposit is void.
   
2. Cancelations
   2.1) Organizer must provide 14 days notice of event cancelation or date change, failure to provide notice will result in a cancelation fee.
   2.2) Cancelation fee is calculated at 30% of total booking amount.
   2.3) Failure to pay our cancelation fee, on a confirmed booking, will result in third party debt collection.
3. Refunds
   3.1) CIRCUS TRICKS will provide refunds at their own discretion. You may apply for this consideration if your event is effected by; family violence, pandemic, extreme weather or other emergency.
